Through the NavImpEx workflow driven File Order management System, forwarders can control all kinds of good handling across the globe such as sea, rail, air freight and others with full integration of NaviTrans, NaviPWms and Navision financials. NavImpEx can also be integrated with other Transport Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, 3rd Party Inventory, Custom Clearance, and Financial modules.

 

NavImpEx…..the concept

 

NavImpEx was built around a basic data structure with powerful features such as the Basic Tariffs module, which makes it possible to calculate almost every price in an automatic and transparent way, for the revenue side (invoice to customer) as well as for the cost side (subcontractor).

 

 

Both Tariffs, Quotes and Contracts,

feed the File Order Mana-

gement System, that contains all

the file details as well as the updated

file- and financial data from

the Workflow and Tasks Management

System. Per File Order it is

possible to navigate in the order

to retrieve all data e.g. invoices

and documents, to import docu-

ments, files, photos by easy use of

the integrated import function.

 

The Workflow and Task Management

System contain all the

(pre) defined tasks that execute

the needed activities of the File

Order. Examples are Booking Confirmation,

Transport order, Customer

order, Bill of Lading, CMR and

others. Besides the tasks retrieve

all kind of data from the linked

Financials and other supporting

programs like Navision, WEB/XML,

MS office and mail/fax facilities.

NavImpEx File Order Statistics

 

When the File Order is created the File Order statistics are filled with data from the final Quote and/or

Contract as Pre-calculation data. For each task that has been posted budget entries are made and will be kept in the File Order statistics as Budget data. Finally all the actual posted purchase and sales invoices of the File Order will be linked to this statistic as Actual data.
