Business Notification allows notifications and alerts to be sent internally (to employees) and externally (to suppliers, customers and other business partners) when events in the supply chain are not going as they should.
E-mails are triggered and sent out based on the business rules setup in Navision. Additionally, a number of out-of-the-box templates can be subscribed to for the most rapid deployment.
