Focus on Navision: Business Snapshot and Document Management

 

Add Business Snapshot, an Executive Digital Dashboard, to Navision for a quick, real-time financial overview of your company. Business Snapshot looks at cash flow projections, aging, past sales, future sales projections and profitability ratios. Additionally, Business Snapshot provides summary income statements and financial reports for a comprehensive view of the financial health of your organization. 

 

Document Management allows you to take any type of file – like MS Office documents, .pdf files, CAD drawings, HTML, pictures, MP3s or scanned images – and attach them anywhere in Navision. For example, attach scanned copies of signed contracts to vendor records, engineering diagrams to quotes or the customer card, photos to employee records or warrantees to items, and call them up from anywhere in Navision for easy access to relevant documents without ever having to exit the system.
