SCS awarded Top Microsoft Partner Awards:               

      -  Best Overall Partner Performance

      -  Excellence in Customer Satisfaction


Nominated in several categories for Microsoft Partner awards for fiscal year 2004, SCS was named winner of two of the most coveted awards: the General Manager’s Award for Best Overall Performance, as well as the one SCS values most, Excellence in Customer Service.

 

Experiencing their best year ever, SCS President Helen Russell said of the awards, “With all the partners Microsoft has across a variety of services and software applications, we really feel honored to be recognized this way.”

 

Among the reasons SCS was selected for the Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award, Microsoft Sales Manager Margaret Valentine cited SCS’s high quality technical staff and the company’s expert knowledge of their customer’s businesses as demonstrated by direct customer testimonials. She commented during the award ceremony, “SCS has the highest customer retention rate we have seen.”
 

In awarding SCS with the GM’s Award for Best Overall Performance, Microsoft NorCal Area General Manager John Witty highlighted huge SCS wins over SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards and other noted ERP applications, as well as SCS’s rapid expansion and numerous successes in Northern California in such a short period of time. 

 

The awards were delivered at the quarterly Microsoft briefings in the Western Region held in June. SCS has also been nominated for one of the Microsoft Partner Awards to be conferred at Microsoft’s annual Worldwide Partner Conference being held in Toronto, Canada, this July. SCS was once again nominated for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction among all Microsoft partners worldwide.
