SCS wins The Customer Experience Award at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference               

Amidst a pool of nominations that included Microsoft Partners across all Microsoft Corporation business groups around the world, SCS won the Customer Experience Award for “exceptional customer service that directly contributed to increased customer satisfaction.” 

An unsolicited letter of commendation from Weeks Roses CFO Ken Spencer was the impetus of the nomination. SCS implemented a Microsoft Navision solution for the specialty rose grower in 2003.  

The award was presented at the Global Partner Awards ceremony at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto, Ontario. The event, hosted by Saturday Night Live’s Darrell Hammond, started off with a surprise guest appearance by “President Bill Clinton,” a well-known Hammond character from his Saturday Night Live comedy sketches.
